Website Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your use of clear-box.io, circle.clear-box.io and related ClearBox websites (the "Site"), operated by WLI Holdings LLC, a Colorado limited liability company doing business as ClearBox ("ClearBox", "we", "us"). By using the Site you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

The Site describes ClearBox products and services for longevity and wellness clinics. Nothing on the Site is an offer to sell, a binding quote, or a contract. Products and services are provided only under a signed agreement and order form, and prices on the Site are indicative until confirmed in that order form. Payment processing rates are set only through underwriting and a merchant application.

Content on the Site, including descriptions of wellness scores, scans, labs, stories and illustrative screens, is general information. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for a licensed clinician. GetClear is a wellness product. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Illustrative values and screens are examples, not real results.

ClearBox is not a bank and does not hold, receive or control merchant funds. Payment processing is provided by third-party payment processors, such as GOAT Payments, and their sponsor banks under separate merchant agreements.

Nothing on the Site, including any page about Clear Circle, is an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy any security, investment or ownership interest in ClearBox or WLI Holdings LLC.

When you submit a walkthrough request, reservation or contact form, you agree that we may contact you about ClearBox by email and phone. We will text you only if you separately opt in. Do not submit health information about yourself or anyone else through Site forms; the forms are not designed to protect it.

The Site offers links that ask third-party AI tools to summarize ClearBox. Those summaries are produced by others, may be wrong or out of date, and are not statements by ClearBox. The Site, our signed agreements and our order forms control.

Links on the Site to the clinic dashboard or the GetClear app lead to services governed by their own agreements. These Terms do not grant access to them.

You agree not to: copy, scrape or harvest the Site or its content by automated means except as allowed by our robots.txt and llms.txt; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system; interfere with the Site's operation or security; upload malicious code; impersonate anyone; or use the Site in violation of law.

ClearBox, GetClear, GetClear Seat, GetClear+ Seat, Clear+, ClearGuard, Clear Circle, the logos, Site design, text, graphics and images belong to WLI Holdings LLC or its licensors. Some images are used under license from our vendors. You may view and print Site pages for your own evaluation of ClearBox. Any other use requires our written permission.

The Site links to sites we do not control, including research sources and vendor pages. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Statistics and research cited on the Site come from third parties and are not promises of results for any clinic.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CLEARBOX WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE, AND OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS.

Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

If you use the Site for a business, that business agrees to indemnify ClearBox against claims arising from its breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising from the Site will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association, seated in Denver, Colorado, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court or seek an injunction to protect intellectual property. Claims may be brought only individually, not as a class.

We may update these Terms by posting a new version with a new date. Continued use of the Site after that means you accept the update.
