Privacy and security

Built to keep
people and data apart.

A client's identity and their health measurements live in separate systems. They meet only when a credentialed doctor opens one record, and that moment is logged.

How it is built

The design, plainly.

No faces storedThe scan runs on the client's phone. No image or video is uploaded or kept.
Numbers, not signalsOnly the resulting measurements leave the phone.
Two databasesIdentity in one system, measurements in another, linked by a random code that identifies no one.
Access by roleFront desk sees names and appointments. Only a credentialed doctor opens clinical detail.
Every view loggedEach time a record is opened, who, when and in what role is written to a log nobody can edit.
Payments kept separateCard details are entered on the payment provider's page and never touch ClearBox.
What we do not do

Lines we
do not cross.

  • No face images or video, anywhere
  • No diagnoses: scores support a conversation with your clinician
  • No recommendations of prescription products
A person in profile, a scan mesh reading across the cheek and brow.
